Invoices are now available online for all students to view and make payment on. Students have been advised that their invoices can now accessed via various methods; letter, email, SMS message (if your mobile number has been recorded), DSO, Student Portal and StudentConnect.

An encumbrance is a block on your student account. It will be applied to students who are late or have not paid their fees, loans or library fines, etcetera. An encumbrance on your account means that you may not be able to re-enrol, receive course materials or participate in other University activities.
