PLEASE NOTE: If you have applied to attend a graduation ceremony in this current round you do not need to make further payment or complete this form. The gown hire fee was included in your graduation payment. The academic regalia (gowns) will be distributed at the ceremony.
To be eligible to hire full academic regalia you must have graduated from your degree or be eligible for your award.
If you wish to hire academic regalia please complete the gown hire form 
(36k) and return it to together with your payment to the address indicated on the form. Please ensure you allow ample time for delivery. The regalia may be hired for a period of up to ten days.
To hire the regalia within Australia there is a charge of $195.00 with a refund of $118.00 upon return of regalia. This refund will be sent via our Finance Office which will take approximately two weeks.
To hire regalia overseas there is a charge of $295.00 with a refund of $218.00 upon return of regalia. This refund will be sent via our Finance Office which will take approximately two weeks.
