Multi Choice Answer Sheet (MCAS) are designed according to clients needs and returned to Scanning Operations for scanning and marking. MCAS are used by Assessors for semester exams and test times throughout the academic year. At the end of each exam MCAS are sent to Scanning for processing. MCAS can also be scanned to provide a non-biased marking of exam papers to avoid discrimination. A "Request for Scanning Services" form should be completed

You could minimise paper storage and instead have the electronic images of the data stored on CD-ROM.
