It is imperative that internal disputes involving Deakin staff or students, including grievances or disciplinary action, be dealt with expeditiously and strictly in accordance with University legislation, policies and guidelines.
The University Solicitor's Office is available to advise on the correct procedure to be implemented in the handling of complaints and disciplinary actions.
