Welcome to the University Governance Unit website.  The University Governance Unit is responsible to the
Vice-President and Council Secretary for the following services:

• secretariat services to Council, Academic Board and Planning and Resources Committee
• provision of governance advice
• production of the University’s annual report
• University policy management
• privacy advice and training for staff
• compliance program
• coordination of the administration of Council's oversight of University commercial entities
• records and archives
• administration of the University's information service, The Guide.
