The processes for the making, handling and investigating of disclosures about the University under the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 are set out in the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 - Disclosures Operational Policy and Procedure. Disclosures of “improper conduct” within the meaning of the Act may be made to the following officers at the University, or to the Victorian Ombudsman:
