Financial Systems (formerly Accounting Systems)
Financial Systems is responsible for access, training, help and management of the University's financial systems:-
- Deakin Financial Management System (DFMS or Oracle Financials), which includes general ledger, payables,
receivables, purchasing, assets and project accounting
- Accounts Receivable Management System (ARMS), the cashiering and receipting system
- PowerBudget a system providing inquiry and reporting on the ledger and budget as well as
entry of budget information

Training Sessions
DFMS training sessions are on the Waurn Ponds campus the first Tuesday of the month and Burwood Campus the second Wednesday of the month from February to November.
