Chief Financial Officer

Deakin University is one of Victoria's larger universities, with a total budgeted income of $434 million, and more than 2,000 staff and 32,000 students at campuses in Melbourne, Geelong and Warrnambool and in off campus education.

The vision for the Financial and Business Services Division (FBSD) is to develop a centrally led, decentralised finance and business function that provides leadership and support to the University while maintaining independence to ensure appropriate fiscal and operating governance oversight.

FBSD will enhance the financial and risk management of Deakin, focusing on the three tenets of: Each year, the FBSD develops priorities aligned with the University's Strategic Plan and Operational Plan. For more information refer to FBSD Strategy
