Strategy

Within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, the Strategy area:-

• Co-ordinates and plans the activities of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in order to meet all monitoring and reporting responsibilities to the Vice-Chancellor, Council and Council committees and external agencies.
  
  
• Undertakes projects and develops position papers and reports.
  
  
• Co-ordinates the preparation of the FBSD Operational Plan and Divisional Objectives of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. The current draft of the 2009 FBSD Operational Plan is currently open for comment and discussion.
  
  
• Investigates and provides advice on a range of strategic matters.
  
  
• Facilitates the Project Management Methodology and Mini-Projects within the Financial and Business Services Division.
