teaching space in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.

Requests for allocation of non-teaching space should be made on the form below and forwarded to the Facilities Management office at that campus.

Allocations and amendments of teaching space for timetabled activities are processed through each Faculty (or School) Timetable Co-ordinator.
Facilities Management Services Division aims to optimise teaching space in accordance with the following:
Facilities Management Services Division will conduct random audits during the year to identify
facilities that have been booked for use but where no activity or inappropriate
activity occurs. A penalty charge will be levied on the relevant faculty or
division booking the facility if an infringement is identified.
All other bookings for space are to be processed through Room Bookings or Hire of Facilities.
