Postgraduate fees and financial support

What is a Commonwealth Supported Place?
A Commonwealth Supported Place is a higher education place for which the university receives some government funding. As such, students enrolled in these places are only required to contribute to part of the cost of their course. The Australian Government allocates a number of Commonwealth Supported Places to the University each year.
What is a Fee-Paying Place?
A Fee-Paying Place is one for which the university does not receive any government funding. As such, students enrolled in these places are required to contribute the full cost of their course. However, a loan program, FEE-HELP, is available to assist eligible domestic fee-paying students to pay their tuition fees. Fee-Paying Places are available to both domestic and international students.
