The GTP environment and services
Located 7km from the Geelong CBD, the GTP provides
flexibility of space and resource usage. The precinct will be developed in two
stages with stage 1 to be completed in early 2004. Stage 1 of the GTP consists
of a newly refurbished 8000m2 research and commercial facility together with
existing biotechnology and other research capabilities on-site.
Future stages in the development of the precinct
will include co-location of commercial businesses and major research initiatives
on the adjoining 56-hectare site.
