The Deakin Leadership programs are designed to meet the current and emerging needs of Deakin’s leaders.
These programs are designed to develop and stretch individuals, building leadership capability, communication and team skills across the University, with complexity of strategic perspective increasing at each level.
The full suite of programs is being revised and will be available on this site in the near future.
Universities Australia Staff Development Program
The University sponsors a small number of academic and general staff to attend external leadership programs conducted by Universities Australia.
As these program are offered to all Australian universities, there are only one or two places available to Deakin University staff and nomination should be sought through Human Resources Services Division.
