A comprehensive overview of strategies that can be employed to resolve workplace conflict and processes which encourage a positive workplace culture.

Staying motivated and motivating the team
Practical ways to motivate others, avoid de-motivating those around you, how to maintain your own levels of motivation when things get too challenging or not challenging enough.

Strategic influencing skills
The reality in a contemporary organisation is that the impact of authority has been eroded.  Personal persuasive power gets the best results across all levels.  This course in high level influencing skills will help sharpen participants' skills in setting strategic outcomes, planning a persuasive approach and developing their instance influencing skills.

Mentoring Partnership Program
The Mentoring Partnership Program (MPP) facilities a partnership between mentor and mentee for the purpose of providing guidance and direction to support the mentee;s career development.  This program is for both academic and administrative staff, and runs over a six month period.  MPP has been regarded as worthwhile and highly successful by mentors and mentees alike
