Any request for test-date postponement must be made in writing at least three weeks before the test date and incurs a $20 administration fee.

Any request for test cancellation must be made in writing at least three weeks before the test date and will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the test fee.

Candidates who request a postponement or cancellation of their test less than three weeks before the test date will not be eligible for a refund unless they are able to demonstrate extenuating circumstances.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance on test day. Candidates who are unable to attend because of serious illness may apply for a refund if they can provide relevant documentary evidence within five days of the test.

We will make every effort to cater to the special needs of candidates with disabilities. Requests for special administrative arrangements should be made at least two months in advance and must be supported by relevant documentation.
