• Obtains items and articles which are not held in the Deakin University Library collection, from other libraries and suppliers, both within Australia and overseas.
• Provides the ability for users to check the progress of their requests.
• Supplies items and articles held in the Deakin University Library collection to other libraries.

• The Interlibrary Loans Service relies on our clients accessing their email regularly.
• Notification of the arrival of your requested book or article will be sent to your email address. There will also be times when we send you articles as email attachments or you will access it through our web delivery option.
• Please ensure that you have provided us with your email address that is current and correct.

• Login to the Interlibrary Loan system
• Register as a new Interlibrary Loans requester.
