Mail Services

Services are provided from two centres, the Geelong Mail Hub located in the Mail Services Centre in Building LA at Waurn Ponds and the Melbourne Mail Hub in Warehouse, Building O, on the Melbourne Campus. Warrnambool mail services are provided by the Mail room located at the Warrnambool warehouse.

The Mail Services Centre provides a comprehensive mail service to the University which includes an Internal Mail service, Domestic and International Air Mail and Domestic and International Courier service.

Melbourne Mail Hub (Phone: 924 46192)

The Melbourne Mail Hub services the Melbourne campuses at Burwood, Greenwood Park and Elgar Road.
Two mail runs daily provide a full mail service on the Melbourne Campus.

Geelong Mail Hub (Phone: 522 71178)

The Geelong Mail Hub forms part of the Geelong Campus Warehousing and Distribution complex.
Two mail runs daily provide a full mail service on the Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds and Waterfront Campus.

Warrnambool Campus Mailroom (Phone: 556 33377)

A twice-daily mail run and a full mail service for the Warrnambool campus is conducted out of the mail room located with the Warrnambool warehouse.
