Staff bus service – now with wireless network connection

Did you know the new staff bus service running from the Geelong Campuses to the Melbourne Campus at Burwood features wireless network connection, so you can work while you travel?

This trial service is designed to help reduce our impact on the environment, which Deakin staff have noted as a major concern.

The service operates every day from Monday to Friday on a needs-only basis with pre-booking of seats essential, ensuring that the service capacity is adequate. There is no fee for the use of the service during the trial.

Information collected during the trial will be used as a basis for considering the ongoing viability of the service, refinement of the service specification and the demand for expanding the service, to enhance the travel options for staff based at other Campuses.
