Course Review Reports (staff only)

The Course Review Reports contain key performance measures on each Deakin course from 2003 to 2007. You can generate reports for one or more course-campus combinations and search by faculty, campus, course code or title.

The reports include data on:

  • Applications (VTAC and direct)

  • ENTER distribution (for UG VTAC courses)

  • Enrolments by basis for admission

  • EFTSL profiles

  • EFTSL targets

  • CEQ and GDS results

  • Completions, retention rates and progress rates

Course Profiles database

The Course Profiles Database has now been superseded by the Course Review Reports.

Compliance Reports

The Planning Unit is responsible for DEST compliance reporting of student and staff data, and for the documentation which Deakin, like all Australian universities, submits to the Commonwealth to meet the government's accountability requirements.

More information about the IAF accountability framework is available in this section. In addition, copies of the documentation submitted in previous years are available for download by Deakin staff only.

Institutional Research Reports

The Planning Unit produces many institutional research reports on topics of particular relevance to the University. Most of these reports form part of a series, each of which covers a different aspect of a topic or is based on updated data. There are also a small number of reports which have been produced to provide information and analysis of a specific area and are not part of a specific series. These reports are available for download by Deakin staff and students only.

Reports of survey results are found in the Surveys section of this site.

Other reports (staff and students only)

A range of additional statistical reports are available for staff to view and download in the Surveys sections of this site.
