Deakin's new three year Property and Real Estate course provides knowledge and skill in property valuation, real estate practice, property economics and property development, with specialisation options in either business, or built environment disciplines.
The course equips students with an understanding of the legalities, principles and processes for a professional role in the property field. Most importantly, students are exposed to the property industry and kept abreast of the latest changes affecting all facets of the real estate market.
Prerequisites are Units 3 and 4 - A study score of at least 20 in English (any).
