Varian SpectaAA-500 atomic absorption spectrometer

  • The Varian SpectaAA-500 atomic absortion spectrometer is heavily used in our trace element research.  
  • Our real time PCR (Applied Biosystem 7500) is proving very useful for studies of mRNA changes in cells and tissues.
  • The phosphorimager (Fujifilm BAS-1800) and ChemiDoc systems (Fujifilm LAS 3000) are used by most groups for detection of radioactive or fluorescent material on blots.
