The Human Resources Services Division (HRSD) introduced the HR Business Internship Scheme in partnership with the Faculty of Business and Law in 2007 and is both pleased and proud to have recruited former Intern and Bachelor of Commerce graduate Amanda Costabile to a Project Support Officer role within the Division.
Amanda is an excellent example of the quality of Deakin Commerce graduates and is providing valuable support to a number of significant strategic HR projects including reward and recognition, performance management, mentoring and training and development. Amanda is also coordinating the HR Business Internship Scheme for the Division in 2008 and has taken the lead role in supporting this year's Interns and enhancement of the scheme overall.
Amanda not only brings new ideas and ways of doing things to the Division, but is also a bright, bubbly and professional staff member and a valuable contributor.
HRSD aims to expand the HR Business Internship Scheme in 2008 to students undertaking other courses in the Faculty of Business and Law who are completing studies which could be enhanced by undertaking an Internship in HRSD.
